The Court's Staff
The Court's Staff is responsible for human resource management, financial management, information technology and the court's archives.
The Court’s Staff is responsible for the general operation of the organisation, for budget matters, accounting, payroll and financial reporting for the Royal Court. It is responsible for ensuring that administrative processes are implemented efficiently, and assists the Royal Court in matters relating to larger-scale procurement.
The Staff is also deals with personnel matters - human resource management - including recruitment, employee and management development, and the coordination of the Court's health, safety and environment (HSE) efforts.
The Information Technology Department, and the Archives are organised as sections under the Staff.
The Staff is headed by Ms Tone Rinden Rygh and advises the Royal Family and the Royal Court on matters within its sphere of competence.
