Your Excellency,
I was deeply saddened to hear about the devastating terrorist attack in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park in Lahore, killing and injuring so many people - and especially so many children, while they were celebrating Easter Sunday.
On behalf of the Norwegian people and myself I send you my deepest condolences, and ask you to convey my sympathies to those bereaved and to those otherwise afflicted by this tragedy.
