Got to experience a fantastic day in the Olympics
Their Royal Highnesses The Crown Prince and Crown Princess got to witness one of Norway's greatest days in Summer Olympic history on Saturday. Norway’s athletes ended the Games with three golds and two bronzes in a single day.
The last time this happened was during the Antwerp Olympics in 1920, according to NRK – 104 years ago. The Crown Prince and Crown Princess had the pleasure of cheering on several of the athletes. They attended handball, athletics, and beach volleyball from the stands on this day.

The Crown Prince also met the athletes in the Olympic village and attended a reception in honor of the Norwegian delegation, including participants and support staff, hosted by the Norwegian Embassy in Paris and the Norwegian Olympic Committee.
