Travelling in Norway

Travelling around our country and meeting people where they live is among the dearest and most important duties of the King and Queen and the Crown Prince and Crown Princess.

The annual county tours are a highlight and last several days. Normally, two county tours are carried out each year – one for Their Majesties The King and Queen and one for Their Royal Highnesses The Crown Prince and Crown Princess.

Throughout Norway, we meet people with a deep love for their hometown, their local community, and their fellow citizens.
