The Court's Staff
The Court's Staff is responsible for human resource management, financial management and information technology at the Royal Court.
The Court’s Staff is responsible for the general operation of the organisation, for budget matters, accounting, payroll and financial reporting for the Royal Court. It is responsible for ensuring that administrative processes are implemented efficiently, and assists the Royal Court in matters relating to larger-scale procurement.
The Staff is also deals with human resource management - including recruitment, employee and management development, and the coordination of the Court's health, safety and environment (HSE) efforts.
The Information Technology (ICT) Section, and the Royal Court’s Archives are also part of the Court’s Staff. The ICT Section provides the ICT services needed by the Royal Court, including operation, maintenance and support for internal ICT systems.
The Staff is headed by Chief of staff Tone Rinden Rygh and advises the Royal House and the Royal Court on matters within its sphere of competence.
